Cancellation Policy

STUDIO POLICIES Thank you for choosing She Skin & Body . My goal is to provide a calm, professional, and comfortable experience for every client. Please review the policies below before booking your appointment. BOOKING & DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your service total at checkout. A valid card on file is also required for booking. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY To respect both your time and mine, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service total. NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Clients who no-show may be required to prepay in full for future appointments. LATE POLICY Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the schedule for the day. SOLO APPOINTMENTS To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, please attend your appointment alone. No guests or children are permitted unless previously discussed. PAYMENT METHODS Accepted payment methods: • Debit/Credit Card • Tap to Pay • Exact Cash Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle are not accepted at this time. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE She Skin & Body reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior. WAXING & SKINCARE CONSENT By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that waxing and corrective skincare treatments may cause temporary redness, sensitivity, irritation, or skin reactions depending on individual skin conditions and home care practices. Clients are responsible for disclosing any medications, allergies, skin conditions, or contraindications prior to their appointment. RESULTS & AFTERCARE For best results, clients are encouraged to follow proper aftercare instructions and remain consistent with recommended home care products and treatment plans.
